As part of a midterm group project I researched and reported on a Peer to Peer Collaborative tool. This is a screenshot video presentation showing the features of Elluminate’s vRoom the tool I chose to examine. This was a video conferencing tool with white board and desktop sharing features. Since this video presentation was created the Elluminate company was purchased by the Blackboard corporation and the new version has been named Blackboard Collaborate. There are increasing numbers of video conferencing systems available. These systems allow asynchronous courses and progams the option of introducing synchoronous elements for collaboration, content delivery and assessment.
